Clam Imperial Recipe Courtesy Of: The Crab Place

Ingredients:
  1. 25 clams, shucked and washed
  2. 1 pint half and half cream
  3. 1 tablespoon flour
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. 1 egg yolk
  6. 1 tablespoon sherry
  7. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preparation Instructions:

Drain clams; chop or grind clams until fine. Put in casserole dish. Make a cream sauce with milk, flour, butter, egg yolk and sherry. Pour sauce over clams. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). Serves 5 people.

King Crab Newburg Recipe: Courtesy Of The Crab Place

Ingredients:
  1. 1/3 cup butter
  2. 3 tablespoons flour
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  5. dash cayenne pepper
  6. 1 1/2 cups coffee cream
  7. 3 egg yolks
  8. 1 pound King Crab meat
  9. 2 tablespoons sherry
  10. toast points

Preparation Instructions:

Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add cream gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir a little of the hot sauce into egg yolk; add to remaining sauce, stirring constantly. Add King Crab meat; heat. Remove from heat and slowly stir in sherry. Serve immediately on toast points. Serves 6.

Crab Meltaways Appetizer Recipe: Courtesy of The Crab Place
  1. 1 pound fresh crab meat
  2. ½ pound butter, softened
  3. 1 jar Old English sharp cheese spread
  4. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  5. ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  6. ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  7. English muffins

Mix together the butter and the cheese until blended. Add the salts and mayonnaise. Stir in the crab meat.

Cut each English muffin half into quarters.

Put a teaspoon of the crab mixture on each quarter.

Put the quarters under the broiler until light brown.

Crab Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers Tailgating Recipe: Courtesy Of The Crab Place
  1. 20 whole jalapeno peppers
  2. ½ lb. special crab meat
  3. 3 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  4. 3 oz. cream cheese
  5. ½ tsp. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  6. salt and pepper to taste

Cap, cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds of the peppers.

Blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Stir together the cheese and the sour cream. Fold in the crab meat.

Fill the cooled peppers and place them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

If you need to, you can broil them for a couple of minutes to brown them.

Cool and enjoy.
